Maintenance Supervisor-Offshift

Prestage is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor–Offshift to lead preventive and corrective maintenance operations during off-hours at our Eagle Grove, Iowa facility. Position Summary

As Maintenance Supervisor–Offshift, you'll oversee equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs during evening, night, or rotating shift schedules. You'll coordinate maintenance activities, manage a maintenance team, ensure compliance with safety standards, and communicate effectively with production leadership to minimize downtime and maintain equipment performance across your shift.

Core Duties

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff during assigned off-hours shifts
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment issues
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment life
• Document maintenance work, equipment conditions, and parts usage
• Train and mentor maintenance team members on procedures and safety protocols
• Communicate equipment status and maintenance needs to production management
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures
• Source parts, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers as needed

What You Bring

• 3+ years of maintenance supervision or lead maintenance experience
• Solid troubleshooting skills for industrial or production equipment
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles and practices
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to work off-shift schedules reliably
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in maintenance-related field is a plus
