Role Overview

As Technical Services Coordinator at Prestage, you'll be the backbone of our technical support operation—coordinating between clients and our technical team, managing service requests, and ensuring every issue is tracked and resolved efficiently. Your Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and prioritize technical support requests from clients and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with technical specialists and engineers to diagnose and resolve issues
• Maintain detailed records of service tickets, solutions, and client interactions
• Communicate status updates to clients and stakeholders throughout the resolution process
• Schedule technical appointments, site visits, and maintenance windows
• Document technical procedures and solutions for knowledge management systems
• Assist in identifying patterns in recurring issues and escalate concerns to management
• Support the coordination of training and onboarding for new technical services

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred
• Proven experience in a technical support, customer service, or coordination role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with ticketing systems, CRM software, or similar tracking platforms
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new technical systems and troubleshooting basics
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for service coordination as needed
