About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential staffing organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their remote operations across Colombia. This full-cycle recruiting position offers the opportunity to work with diverse client organizations across multiple industries, managing the complete hiring process from initial sourcing through candidate presentation and interview coordination.

You'll work during U.S. business hours (EST) in a fully remote capacity, partnering with hiring managers and candidates to deliver exceptional recruitment experiences while building sustainable talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will own the complete recruitment lifecycle:

• Create and publish job postings across multiple hiring platforms
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, employee referrals, Boolean search techniques, and passive candidate outreach
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct structured phone and video interviews to assess technical qualifications, professional experience, communication skills, and cultural fit
• Prepare detailed interview evaluations and hiring recommendations
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine candidate profiles and recruitment strategies
• Maintain accurate candidate records within Applicant Tracking Systems
• Track hiring progress and recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality of candidates, interview-to-offer ratio, and candidate response rates
• Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth candidate transitions

What We're Looking For

Required Experience and Skills:

• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, staffing, or full-cycle hiring
• Strong experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and Boolean search techniques
• Proven ability to conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
• Proficiency with video conferencing platforms for remote interviews

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience recruiting for remote or international positions
• Agency or staffing firm recruitment background
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries and functional roles
• Advanced Boolean search expertise
