About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology client seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join their elite innovation team in Taiwan. You'll work directly with senior product leadership, owning the end-to-end product experience and driving meaningful improvements with minimal oversight. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on challenge and wants to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

• Become a deep product expert rapidly and own the user experience end-to-end across all modules
• Transform complex workflows into clean, simple, integrated experiences
• Own roadmap and feature definition with strong UX/UI judgment and interaction design sense
• Lead design reviews, propose UX optimizations, and define next-step features
• Map the complete product surface area and identify how features connect across modules
• Optimize onboarding flows to drive higher conversion and reduce drop-offs
• Translate product understanding into onboarding sequences, product marketing, and in-app education
• Use data signals and customer feedback to prioritize high-impact improvements
• Produce comprehensive PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs requiring minimal review
• Ship simple, effective solutions while protecting UX simplicity and reducing clutter

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record of optimizing onboarding and driving conversion
• Meticulous attention to detail with ability to explore every product corner and identify friction points
• Hands-on approach—you become a power user fast and understand products deeply
• Strong taste in UX/UI and interaction design; comfortable driving design independently when needed
• Data-driven and customer-centric mindset using usage signals to inform priorities
• Obsessive about identifying uncaptured opportunities, inconsistencies, and missing connections
• Action-oriented prioritizer who avoids overbuilding and ships the simplest solution that works
• Ability to cross-reference specifications against staging and production to catch gaps
• Strong judgment on what's important versus noise, protecting product simplicity
• Extremely curious—challenges decisions and proposes better alternatives
• Comfortable collaborating with design and engineering teams
• Immediate or near-term availability strongly preferred
