Aqua Tech Pool Management in Pineville, Mecklenburg County is hiring a full-time Swim Lesson Instructor to deliver engaging, professional swimming instruction to learners of all ages and abilities. About the Role

As a Swim Lesson Instructor with Aqua Tech Pool Management, you'll teach swimmers ranging from young children taking their first lessons to advanced swimmers refining their technique. This full-time position is based in our Pineville facility, serving the greater Charlotte and Huntersville area.

What You'll Do

• Assess student swimming abilities and design tailored lesson plans to match individual skill levels and learning goals
• Teach fundamental water safety, stroke technique, and water comfort to swimmers of all ages
• Maintain a safe, encouraging, and supportive pool environment for every student
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to help swimmers advance
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's development and achievements
• Prepare for and conduct lessons with enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism
• Maintain all required certifications and stay current with aquatic instruction best practices

What We're Looking For

• Current CPR/First Aid certification and willingness to maintain active certifications
• Swimming instruction certification (Red Cross, YMCA, or equivalent) or demonstrated teaching experience
• Strong swimming ability and confidence in the water
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with students of all ages and backgrounds
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to a consistent full-time schedule
• Passion for water safety and helping others build swimming skills
