Field Supervisor

CentiMark Corporation is hiring a Field Supervisor for its commercial and industrial flooring operations in Glendale, Maricopa County. As a full-time Field Supervisor, you'll lead project teams delivering custom polished concrete and epoxy flooring solutions across the Phoenix area and surrounding regions.

About the Role

This is your opportunity to oversee field operations for high-impact commercial and industrial flooring projects. You'll manage daily site activities, coordinate with crews, and ensure that customized polished concrete and epoxy solutions meet our standards for quality, safety, and timeliness. Your leadership will be critical to successful project completion and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate field crews on commercial and industrial flooring installations
• Manage project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation
• Oversee quality control and ensure work meets company standards and client specifications
• Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce safety protocols on all job sites
• Communicate progress updates and any issues to operations management
• Train and mentor field team members on best practices and techniques
• Maintain accurate job documentation and reporting

What We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in commercial or industrial flooring, construction, or related field trades
• Strong knowledge of polished concrete, epoxy, and specialty flooring systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the Glendale and Phoenix area
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
