Later is hiring a Senior Paid Media Manager (Social) for their Boston headquarters. This is a full-time, in-office position leading strategic paid social campaigns for an influencer marketing platform.

About the Role

As Senior Paid Media Manager (Social) at Later, you'll own paid social strategy and execution across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You'll report to leadership and manage budgets, campaign performance, and the day-to-day optimization of social advertising that drives brand awareness and customer acquisition. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on platform management and real-time performance analysis.

What You'll Do

• Develop, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, targeting specific audience segments and campaign objectives
• Manage advertising budgets, track ROI, and provide regular performance reporting to stakeholders
• A/B test creative assets, audiences, and messaging to improve campaign efficiency and results
• Analyze campaign data and platform analytics to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with creative, brand, and content teams to ensure campaigns align with company objectives and brand voice
• Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging best practices in paid social advertising
• Monitor competitor activity and industry benchmarks to inform strategy and positioning

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in paid social media advertising or digital marketing, with demonstrated results
• Proficiency with major social platforms' ad managers and analytics tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
• Experience managing six-figure budgets and communicating performance to leadership
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, and creative optimization tactics
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Familiarity with influencer marketing or creator-focused platforms is a plus
