At our Great Falls West 917 location, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain the critical brake and suspension systems that keep our customers' vehicles running safely and reliably. Working in a professional shop environment, you'll combine hands-on mechanical skill with customer-focused service to deliver quality results every time.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose brake system concerns using specialized equipment and industry-standard testing procedures
- Install, repair, and replace brake components including pads, rotors, calipers, brake lines, and master cylinders
- Service hydraulic and electric brake systems to manufacturer specifications
- Perform wheel alignment assessments and adjustments to precise factory tolerances
- Inspect and service suspension components to ensure safe vehicle operation
- Communicate transparently with customers about work completed and maintenance recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation in our shop management system
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with Les Schwab safety standards
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a brake technician, alignment technician, or automotive technician—or demonstrated mechanical ability and eagerness to develop technical expertise
- Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and work with heavy automotive components
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Genuine commitment to customer service and professional communication
