About the Role
As a Brake & Alignment Technician with Les Schwab in Aurora, Arapahoe County, you'll be the hands-on expert responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and installing brake, alignment, and suspension components. Key Responsibilities
- Install and service hydraulic and electric brake systems, including related parts and components.
- Perform wheel alignments and service suspension system components to manufacturer and company specifications.
- Inspect, diagnose, and recommend repairs for brake, alignment, and steering concerns.
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service throughout every interaction.
- Complete all work in line with Les Schwab policies, established procedures, and the company Code of Conduct.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the service bay.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience or strong aptitude in brake, alignment, and suspension repair.
- Solid mechanical knowledge and the ability to diagnose and solve technical problems.
