About the Role

As a Clinician I in our outpatient program, you'll provide direct clinical services to diverse youth populations, with a focus on delivering culturally responsive, evidence-based care. Working within our behavior services team, you'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate therapeutic interventions that meet rigorous clinical quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and establish individualized treatment plans for assigned clients
• Provide direct clinical care through individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Monitor client progress, document clinical encounters, and maintain accurate, timely case notes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive services
• Meet established clinical benchmarks and participate in quality assurance processes
• Engage families and support systems in treatment planning and progress monitoring
• Contribute to a trauma-informed, culturally responsive service delivery model

What We're Looking For

• Valid California state licensure as an MFT, Clinical Counselor, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent credential
• Demonstrated experience in outpatient mental health service delivery
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment modalities
• Commitment to cultural humility and serving diverse, multicultural populations
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment
• Passion for supporting youth and families navigating mental health challenges
