About This Position

As Supervisor, Operations Processing & Transactions at Vanguard, you'll direct a dedicated team responsible for processing and reconciling client transactions with accuracy and efficiency. You'll oversee daily operations while ensuring strict compliance with financial regulations and service level agreements, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving to keep our transaction processing running smoothly.

Core Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of operations and transaction processing staff, providing training and performance feedback
• Monitor transaction processing workflows to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
• Identify and resolve processing exceptions and reconciliation discrepancies
• Develop and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
• Track team performance against service level agreements and operational metrics
• Collaborate with other departments to support seamless client transaction handling
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and maintain consistent operational standards

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in operations, transaction processing, or financial services
• Proficiency with transaction processing systems and reconciliation platforms
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
• Knowledge of financial operations and regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
