Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while managing competitive bid processes and vendor selection criteria
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery commitments
• Monitor vendor performance against established metrics, quality standards, and contractual obligations
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that optimize costs without compromising quality or reliability
• Maintain comprehensive vendor databases and contract documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Partner with internal teams to understand sourcing requirements and translate them into effective procurement plans
• Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, procurement, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, or procurement
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and drive cost savings through supplier collaboration
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and ERP systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices, risk management, and procurement compliance
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
