What This Role Involves

As a Sandwich Artist, you'll be the face of our Subway offering within our Murdo travel center. You'll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where precision, cleanliness, and friendliness are essential. Your shift involves building made-to-order sandwiches, managing ingredients, maintaining a hygienic workspace, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied with their meal and their experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Subway sandwiches and salads to order, following recipes and customization requests accurately
• Maintain proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards throughout your shift
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments efficiently
• Stock ingredients, rotate inventory, and monitor supply levels throughout the day
• Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, equipment, and the serving area regularly
• Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods and peak travel times

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Customer service experience or demonstrated commitment to guest satisfaction
