Strategy Business Partner – Mobile (100% Remote)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential telecommunications organization in their search for a Strategy Business Partner - Mobile. This is a 100% remote position based in the United States, offering the opportunity to shape enterprise-wide strategic vision and drive meaningful business outcomes.

Our client is seeking a strategic leader who will partner with technology and business unit leaders to translate corporate goals into actionable initiatives. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Strategy Execution and serves as a key member of the technology leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, communication, and execution of strategic plans for defined business areas, translating goals into measurable initiatives
• Define and prioritize strategy roadmaps and portfolios based on business outcomes, resource capacity, budget constraints, and enterprise priorities
• Oversee enterprise-wide implementation initiatives with cross-functional alignment across business and technology teams
• Identify and prioritize project work based on resource skills, capacity, budget constraints, and business value
• Actively manage stakeholder expectations regarding business outcomes and value delivery timelines
• Drive strategy KPIs to monitor performance and outcomes of solutions
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and capital allocation for strategic initiatives
• Provide monthly executive updates on progress, risks, and financial variances
• Drive executive-level reporting, board presentations, and strategic communications
• Manage vendor relationships, including MSAs and SOWs related to strategy execution
• Lead day-to-day strategy execution, ensuring accountability for milestones, budgets, risk management, and decision documentation
• Support agile transformation through value stream mapping and collaboration with PMO, Product, and Operations teams
• Align with PMO and strategy peers to standardize processes and continuously improve efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, or related field (MBA strongly preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy or strategic operations (15 years preferred)
• Strong background in enterprise systems and execution of delivery methods
• Demonstrated success driving solutions to scale operations, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering complex programs
• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent executive communication, leadership, and operational skills
• Experience in high-growth or transformation environments preferred
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes
• Discretion, sound decision-making abilities, and confidentiality
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel up to 10% (some overnight travel)
• Proficiency in MS Office and modern communication tools for virtual teams (MS Teams)
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US without current or future need for visa sponsorship

Pay

Our client offers a competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $180,000 to $190,000 plus a 10% performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, and business needs.
