Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential tax advisory firm in Aschaffenburg seeking a qualified Steuerberater (m/w/d) to join their team. In this role, you will:

• Provide comprehensive client advisory services from initial consultation through ongoing support
• Prepare annual financial statements and deliver business consulting
• Lead and develop a team in a supervisory capacity
• Participate in banking discussions and represent leadership as needed
• Contribute to strategic firm development with potential partnership opportunities

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Licensed Steuerberater (m/w/d) certification with professional experience
• Proficiency in DATEV and comfort working within digital processes
• Leadership competency and enthusiasm for team management
• Entrepreneurial thinking and desire to actively contribute to firm growth
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and willingness to take on responsibility
• Ideally based in or near Aschaffenburg
