About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential consulting organization in Mannheim that specializes in organizational development and talent strategy. We are seeking a motivated intern to join their HR and organizational development practice for a 3-6 month placement.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to personnel selection, employee development, training programs, workshops, interviews, and assessment centers. You'll work alongside other interns supporting both day-to-day operations and special projects within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with conceptual and operational tasks in HR and organizational development
• Contribute to daily business activities as well as special assignments and smaller projects
• Gain practical experience in talent selection and development activities including training sessions, workshops, interviews, and assessment centers
• Collaborate with an open, dynamic team with flat hierarchies

What We're Looking For

• Current enrollment in a humanities, social sciences, or business program (Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields)
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Previous HR experience through internships or part-time work is a plus
• Quick learner who works reliably and asks questions when facing challenges
• Service-oriented mindset with independent working style and genuine interest in working with people
• Strong MS Office skills; experience with social media and affinity for digital topics is ideal
