Sr. Strategic Account Specialist

Overview

We are representing a confidential medical device organization seeking a Sr. Strategic Account Specialist to manage major national optical retail accounts in South Korea. This role combines strategic account management with hands-on sales execution, requiring team collaboration and independent initiative to drive market expansion and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more large key accounts within national optical retail chains, serving as the primary relationship owner
• Achieve individual sales targets and execute comprehensive sales plans to expand market presence
• Plan and execute promotional activities, advanced negotiations, and risk management strategies for assigned accounts
• Collaborate with the Key Account Management Team Leader on strategic account initiatives
• Contribute to team goal-setting, planning processes, and overall sales performance
• Build and maintain a strong client base through relationship development and consultative selling
• Prepare detailed analyses, reports, and presentations to support account strategies

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in strategic account management or B2B sales, preferably within medical devices, optical, or healthcare sectors
• Strong customer relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at senior levels within client organizations
• Solid analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience managing national retail accounts or multi-location client relationships
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team-based collaboration
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex sales cycles
• Fluency in Korean and business-level English
• Based in or willing to relocate to South Korea
