The Walt Disney Company's Skywalker Sound Development Group is hiring a Senior Product Manager (Customer Solutions & Integration) based in Los Angeles for a full-time role. You'll lead customer-focused product strategy, acting as the key technical partner between our engineering teams and enterprise clients navigating CODA implementation at scale.

Position Summary

We're seeking a strategic product leader who understands complex media production workflows and can guide enterprise clients toward effective, scalable adoption of our platform within sophisticated operational environments. This role owns the strategy connecting our engineering roadmap with client outcomes, exerting influence across sales, support, and development teams to deliver solutions that solve real production challenges while maintaining platform stability.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated product partner for key accounts, translating their operational needs and production challenges into engineering priorities aligned with long-term strategy
  • Build alignment across Sales, Support, and Development teams on deployment approaches, implementation standards, and best practices that scale reliably
  • Design large-scale client deployment strategies that address systemic production challenges while balancing custom solutions against core platform integrity
  • Analyze customer feedback and market signals to inform product prioritization decisions that drive adoption and client retention
  • Oversee product-side deployment planning and configuration strategy for major accounts, optimizing for their specific hardware, network conditions, and workflow requirements
  • Create advanced technical documentation, workshops, and training programs that scale product knowledge across internal teams and client-side technical leaders
  • Proactively manage technical and strategic relationships with executive stakeholders, resolving friction points and identifying opportunities for account growth

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 8+ years progressing through Product Management, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management roles, with proven success driving strategy within media, entertainment, or creative technology sectors
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep expertise in digital media ecosystems, professional production pipelines, and complex content workflows—including immersive audio formats and high-volume content delivery systems
  • Technical Foundation: Strong grasp of cloud architecture, API integration patterns, and scalable system configuration; comfort with Linux environments and scripting languages such as Python or Bash
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to manage high-stakes client engagements, translate complex workflow challenges into focused product requirements, and navigate competing priorities effectively
  • Communication: Exceptional skill in translating technical concepts into clear strategic narratives for both engineering teams and senior executives
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Sound Technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience in high-end production environments
  • Preferred: Experience with industry-standard audio/video tools (Pro Tools, Media Composer, or high-performance rendering engines); proficiency with product management platforms (Jira, Productboard, Zendesk); understanding of containerization and CI/CD practices; background as a Certified Scrum Product Owner in Agile environments
