Join Pfizer's Customer Engagement Technology & Innovation team as Sr. Manager, CFC CRM Business Product Owner in a full-time role based at Grand Central in Manhattan. This newly created position leads the strategic vision and execution of our CRM engagement platform serving healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations globally.
About the Role
As Sr. Manager, CFC CRM Business Product Owner, you'll own the end-to-end success of our customer-facing CRM platform within Pfizer's Chief Marketing Office. Reporting directly to the CRM CFC Business Product Lead, you'll drive platform innovation, adoption, and value delivery for a critical engagement channel connecting Pfizer to healthcare professionals and organizations worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the CRM engagement platform, prioritizing features and capabilities that drive measurable business impact
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning product, engineering, marketing, and operations to translate customer needs into product strategy and execution
- Gather and synthesize insights from HCP and HCO stakeholders to inform product decisions and ensure platform relevance and adoption
- Establish success metrics, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous optimization of platform performance and user engagement
- Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Office on strategic initiatives that advance customer engagement objectives
- Manage high-level stakeholder relationships, communicating vision, progress, and outcomes with clarity and executive presence
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of product management, business product ownership, or customer engagement technology experience
- Demonstrated expertise managing CRM platforms, SaaS products, or enterprise customer engagement solutions
- Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities with proven success defining product strategy and roadmaps
- Ability to influence across functions and lead effectively in matrixed, cross-organizational environments
- Experience translating customer insights into product requirements and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Executive presence and excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics and HCP/HCO audience needs is a valuable asset
