About the Role
As a Waiver Processing Assistant at Secur-Serv, you will play a critical role in managing and processing waiver documentation that keeps our service delivery operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Review, process, and track waiver requests in accordance with established procedures
- Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is complete and compliant
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve outstanding or incomplete waiver submissions
- Support operational workflows across business units by ensuring timely waiver completion
- Communicate status updates and flag issues to appropriate stakeholders
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to administrative tasks
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with standard office software and document management tools
- Prior experience in administrative, compliance, or document processing roles is a plus
