What You'll Do

• Direct the development and execution of medical content across educational, clinical, and stakeholder channels
• Oversee content solutions projects, managing scope, timeline, and cross-functional collaboration
• Review all communications materials to ensure scientific accuracy, regulatory adherence, and brand consistency
• Partner with medical science liaisons, clinical teams, and marketing to align on messaging and strategy
• Drive communications campaigns that educate and engage healthcare professionals about vaccine innovations
• Maintain content governance standards and manage editorial calendars across multiple initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, communications, medicine, pharmacy, public health, or related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in medical communications, pharmaceutical marketing, or healthcare content strategy
• Proven capability to simplify and communicate medical and scientific concepts to professional audiences
• Strong organizational and project management skills, handling concurrent, multifaceted initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English communication
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and medical communications compliance
• Competency with content platforms, Microsoft Office, and standard business software
