Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, communications, or a closely related field; graduate degree preferred
  • 5+ years of professional experience in medical communications, healthcare content development, or clinical communications roles
  • Demonstrated success managing communication projects with cross-functional teams and healthcare audiences
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication ability, with skill in translating medical complexity into accessible, actionable content
  • Working knowledge of healthcare communication regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry standards
  • Proven project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong cross-team collaboration
