Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage quality assurance teams and initiatives to ensure consistent adherence to established standards and regulations
• Develop, implement, and oversee quality control processes and procedures that meet both internal requirements and regulatory guidelines
• Conduct audits, inspections, and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Prepare and review quality documentation, reports, and metrics to track performance and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analysing quality data and recommending process enhancements

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related discipline with relevant professional experience
• Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar role within a regulated industry
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in quality management tools and systems
