Sr. Manager, Analytics and Insights

The Institute Of Internal Auditors Inc is seeking a Sr. Manager, Analytics and Insights to lead data strategy and measurement initiatives at their Lake Mary, Seminole County headquarters. In this full-time strategic leadership role, you'll drive analytics vision for an organization that serves internal auditors across 170 countries, helping shape how we measure impact and optimize member-facing programs and digital experiences.

What This Role Involves

You'll own the enterprise analytics strategy for one of the world's leading professional organizations in internal auditing. You'll build and lead a high-performing analytics team, oversee data infrastructure and reporting systems, and serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on data-driven decision-making. Your work will directly impact how the organization measures and understands the effectiveness of its global programs, member initiatives, and digital platforms.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals and member needs
• Lead a team of analysts, managing performance, professional development, and cross-functional analytics projects
• Design and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI systems that inform business decisions across departments
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign performance, digital user engagement, and program effectiveness to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to implement data-driven improvements to member experiences
• Manage data governance, quality standards, and analytics infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability

Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive analytics experience, including 3+ years in a manager or senior individual contributor role
• Proven expertise in analytics tools and languages (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms)
• Strong background in data storytelling, statistical analysis, and translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience building and managing analytics teams, with demonstrated leadership in a matrix or complex organizational environment
• Track record of building analytics capability from the ground up, designing reporting infrastructure, or scaling analytics operations
• Familiarity with association, nonprofit, or B2B membership models is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent professional experience
