About This Position

Arqline is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities in the Dallas area. In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping properties in top working condition, managing both routine and preventive maintenance tasks, and ensuring that our properties maintain excellent visual appeal. This is a hands-on position where your expertise and attention to detail directly impact our reputation and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring several years of maintenance experience and a commitment to delivering superior service in everything they do.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and facilities
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify and address issues before they escalate
• Maintain landscaping, grounds, and exterior areas to ensure strong curb appeal
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from customers and team members
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and materials used for record-keeping
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance projects as needed
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with property occupants

What We're Looking For

• Several years of hands-on maintenance experience in a facility or property management environment
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical basics, and general repairs
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work in various weather conditions
• Troubleshooting mindset and problem-solving abilities
