Aya Healthcare is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a full‑time assignment in Fallon, Churchill County, offering a weekly pay range of $2,380 to $2,573.
About the Role
This 13‑week travel position begins on August 3, 2026 and involves working four 10‑hour day shifts each week. You will join a dynamic rehabilitation team delivering outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population in the Fallon area.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities according to plan of care.
- Document patient progress, outcomes, and discharge summaries in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
- Maintain clinic equipment and ensure compliance with state licensing and facility safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development through Aya Healthcare’s unlimited CEU access via MedBridge.
What We're Looking For
- A current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license valid in the state of Nevada.
- Recent clinical experience in orthopedic, neurologic, or geriatric settings (preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and team interaction.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and electronic documentation systems.
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date).
