Sr Enterprise Account Exec – Education (Cybersecurity)

ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive focused on education institutions seeking advanced cybersecurity solutions in Boston, MA. This is a full-time remote role based in the US, perfect for an experienced sales professional ready to lead complex enterprise deals in the higher education and K-12 sectors.

About the Role

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive specializing in Education and Cybersecurity, you'll drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strategic partnerships with senior decision-makers at colleges, universities, and school districts. You'll own the full sales cycle for enterprise-grade cybersecurity and workflow solutions, navigating the unique procurement and budget cycles of educational institutions while positioning ServiceNow as the trusted platform for security transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to expand ServiceNow's footprint within assigned education sector accounts
• Identify, qualify, and close enterprise opportunities across cybersecurity and platform solutions
• Build executive relationships with CIOs, Chief Security Officers, and procurement leaders at higher education and K-12 institutions
• Collaborate with solutions engineers and customer success teams to address complex institutional requirements
• Maintain a robust pipeline and consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
• Adapt sales approaches to meet the distinct needs, timelines, and governance structures of educational buyers

Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a track record of closing six-figure deals
• Proven success selling to education institutions or complex governmental/non-profit organizations
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity challenges and solutions in educational environments
• Demonstrated ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes and lengthy decision cycles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with C-suite executives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Remote work proficiency and self-directed sales discipline
