We're recruiting an organised and customer-focused Deli Supervisor to take charge of our fresh food counter at our Dublin 4 store. You'll oversee the complete running of this busy department, from staff coordination to product quality, ensuring every customer receives prompt, professional service. Your leadership will guarantee our deli maintains SPAR's reputation for freshness, cleanliness, and reliability across Dublin and Leinster.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Direct deli operations throughout each shift, supervising preparation, presentation, and service
• Champion food safety and HACCP protocols, conducting regular checks and documentation
• Implement systematic stock rotation, monitor shelf life, and manage product waste responsibly
• Maintain the counter, display units, and work areas to company standards and health regulations
• Deliver attentive customer service, handle queries, and resolve concerns promptly
• Ensure products are fully stocked, visually appealing, and properly labelled at all times

What You Bring

• Proven supervisory or senior team member experience in a food retail or catering environment
