What This Role Involves

As a Rental Sales Agent at SIXT, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience, managing the rental process from first hello to vehicle handover. You'll combine product knowledge, genuine service instinct, and sales acumen to help customers find the perfect vehicle for their needs while maximizing rental value. This position requires you to be organized, personable, and capable of handling multiple transactions efficiently during peak business hours.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and understand their rental requirements to recommend appropriate vehicle options
• Present rental packages, insurance options, and protection plans with clarity and confidence
• Process rental agreements, verify driver licenses, and collect payments accurately
• Explain vehicle features, policies, and terms to ensure customer understanding
• Manage bookings, reservations, and special requests using company systems
• Maintain a clean, professional rental counter and ensure vehicle inventory is organized
• Uphold SIXT service standards and company policies in every customer interaction

Who We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Proven sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
• Strong numerical and cash-handling ability
