About This Position
The Senior Consultant, Compensation will support Property and Casualty (P&C) initiatives by ensuring competitive and fair compensation structures for employees. You'll work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that align with business goals while maintaining a focus on employee satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Analyze market trends and competitor practices to inform compensation strategy
