Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing team of client service professionals
• Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
• Represent Sedgwick in key client meetings and negotiations
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the workers compensation industry, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required; advanced degrees are preferred
• Proven track record of client relationship management and service excellence
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in leading teams and fostering a collaborative work environment
