Position Summary
Sedgwick is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Client Services for Workers Compensation. As part of our 33,000-strong global team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing client satisfaction and driving operational excellence within the workers compensation sector. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of client service professionals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Represent Sedgwick in key client meetings and negotiations
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the workers compensation industry, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required; advanced degrees are preferred
- Proven track record of client relationship management and service excellence
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in leading teams and fostering a collaborative work environment
