What This Role Involves

The role of a Remote Housing Coordinator at Sedgwick involves managing and coordinating housing-related services for clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that all housing needs are met efficiently and effectively. What You'll Do

• Provide support to clients throughout the relocation process, offering guidance and resources as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all housing-related transactions and communications for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A background in customer service or a related field is highly desirable. Experience in the housing industry or with relocation services would be beneficial but not mandatory.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for occasional site visits (if required).
