Position Summary

This role will be crucial in driving relationships with hyperscale clients while ensuring the delivery of sustainable solutions, unparalleled reliability, and outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

• Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem resolution.
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables between internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in the development of business proposals, presentations, and reports for clients.
• Provide support during onboarding processes to new clients.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction and service delivery.

Who We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role within the data center industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
