<h2-Core Duties

• Manage client accounts from start to finish
• Deliver comprehensive rewards projects including job evaluations and salary structures
• Support in the design of sales incentive programs
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

<h2-Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compensation consulting or a related field
• Strong understanding of job evaluation methodologies and salary structuring principles
• Experience with sales incentive design is beneficial but not mandatory
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality client service
• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
