About the Role

Victor Insurance, a division of Marsh McLennan, is seeking a Senior Underwriter to help launch and grow a new Miscellaneous Professional Liability (MPL) program. This role will be responsible for underwriting and managing a diversified book of professional liability business, helping shape underwriting strategy, and supporting profitable portfolio growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage a diverse book of professional liability business.
• Help shape the underwriting strategy to drive profitability and growth.
• Support the development and execution of new business initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in professional liability underwriting, preferably within a similar program or line of business.
• A strong understanding of the risks and exposures associated with professional liability.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and business relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
