About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech organization that is hiring a Solutions Consultant, Post Sales, Mid-Market in Canada or the USA. This is a customer-facing technical role focused on expanding product adoption with existing clients in the commercial and mid-market segments.

You'll partner with Account Management to demonstrate platform capabilities, design integration solutions, and serve as the technical expert on ERP systems, APIs, and financial workflows. This role combines strong technical fluency with the ability to translate complexity into clear business value for finance and operations stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to demonstrate new products and features to existing customers, building expansion cases through customized demos and workflow illustrations
• Evaluate customer requirements for expansion opportunities through use-case analysis, ROI assessments, and technical scoping
• Design and recommend integration architecture—including APIs, ERP integrations, and HRIS connectors—based on each customer's existing systems and workflows
• Act as technical advisor to customers and internal teams, guiding integration, configuration, and system design decisions
• Troubleshoot ERP and integration blockers across platforms like NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion, and others
• Support Account Managers on technical workstreams to ensure faster time-to-value during product rollouts and expansions
• Serve as subject matter expert on accounting systems and integration partners; advocate for integration development aligned with customer needs
• Influence product roadmap by channeling customer pain points and feedback to Product and Engineering teams
• Contribute to internal documentation, tooling, and knowledge bases that scale support for integration use cases

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Implementation, or similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS or fintech
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or related field
• Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion) and finance/accounting workflows
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture—and ability to explain these concepts clearly to finance and operations stakeholders
• Experience running product demonstrations and translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value
• Strong communication skills: able to guide customers toward scalable approaches and diplomatically steer conversations when needed
• Collaborative mindset; effective working cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, and Engineering
• Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments; highly organized, ownership-oriented, and resourceful
