The Opportunity

MHR is seeking an experienced social worker to join its team on a six-month contract basis in Upington. This role is designed for a professional who can commit to approximately five hours per month providing direct client support and case management. You will be instrumental in delivering social services within the local community and contributing to improved client outcomes through structured, professional intervention.

Core Duties

• Provide counselling and support services to assigned clients
• Maintain and manage individual caseloads with diligence and professional standards
• Identify appropriate referral pathways and connect clients with external service providers
• Prepare comprehensive written reports documenting client progress, interventions, and outcomes
• Build and maintain professional networks with relevant community and health service organisations
