Snr. Marketing Manager, Enterprise ABM EMEA

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization that has experienced rapid growth across North America and Europe. Our client is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead enterprise account-based marketing strategy across EMEA markets. This role offers the opportunity to define and execute demand generation strategy for enterprise accounts in a high-growth environment.

This position reports to the VP of Marketing and will work closely with a US-based counterpart while maintaining significant autonomy to tailor approaches for European markets including France, Germany, Sweden, and the UK.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute EMEA enterprise ABM strategy, adapting global frameworks to fit unique characteristics of individual European markets
• Research and map prospect journeys for target accounts, developing messaging and content that drives meaningful engagement
• Collaborate with sales and revenue operations teams to build and refine target account lists using data signals and sales input
• Manage agency partnerships, including gifting and creative vendors, to ensure fast, high-quality campaign execution
• Coordinate enterprise events including dinners, conference activations, and experiential marketing initiatives
• Run rapid experimentation cycles to test and optimize campaigns, localizing content and creative for EMEA audiences
• Serve as the primary marketing orchestrator for enterprise sales teams, coordinating cross-functional resources

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading ABM or enterprise demand generation programs, preferably in EMEA markets
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with creative thinking and excellent taste in messaging and content
• Deep understanding of enterprise buyer personas and the ability to craft compelling, non-generic campaigns
• First-principles thinker who questions traditional ABM playbooks and tactics
• Track record of building trust and productive relationships across sales and marketing functions
• Comfort moving between data analysis, dashboard building, copywriting, and creative development
• High degree of autonomy and resourcefulness in managing end-to-end campaign execution
• Recognition that EMEA comprises distinct markets requiring localized approaches
• Strategic use of AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency without sacrificing quality
• Experience with account-based platforms and marketing technology stacks
