About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fintech client seeking a Customer Activation | Partnerships professional. This role sits at the intersection of partner enablement and customer success, owning the activation and early growth of partner-referred accounts. You'll work directly with accounting firms, private equity groups, and venture capital partners to drive seamless onboarding and product adoption at scale.

As an early member of this team, you'll help build the Partner Success program from the ground up, defining implementation frameworks and activation strategies that impact thousands of businesses.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partner segments including accounting firms, private equity, and venture capital organizations
• Serve as the trusted advisor to partners, understanding their business models, objectives, and operational challenges
• Develop and deliver comprehensive partner onboarding and enablement programs across the full product suite
• Drive efficient, thorough customer activation working through partner channels at scale
• Collaborate with technical teams to share partner feedback, troubleshoot issues, and develop effective workarounds
• Position product solutions strategically based on anticipated customer and partner needs
• Contribute to the development and refinement of new team processes and best practices

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, partnerships, account management, or product operations
• Familiarity with partner ecosystem operations and channel management
• Exceptional project management and time management capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering counterparts on technical issues
• Deep desire to master product functionality and communicate value effectively
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and outperforming key metrics
• Ability to anticipate needs and position solutions proactively
• High adaptability and comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Preferred:

• Experience working with accounting partners, private equity, or venture capital firms
• Background contributing to new team development and growth initiatives
• Familiarity with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Sage, and Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience in financial services sales
• Background at a high-growth startup
