Senior Customer Activation Manager | Partnerships

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech client seeking a Senior Customer Activation Manager focused on partnerships. This role centers on activating and growing customers acquired through strategic partner channels including accounting firms, private equity, and venture capital networks.

As an early team member, you'll shape the partner success program from the ground up, defining implementation processes that drive adoption and expansion across partner-referred accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partner segments across accounting, private equity, and venture capital ecosystems
• Serve as trusted advisor to partners, developing deep understanding of their business models, objectives, and operational challenges
• Design and deliver comprehensive partner onboarding programs covering integration options and product configuration
• Collaborate with partners and their customers to execute efficient, complete onboarding at scale
• Drive customer activation metrics and early-stage growth for partner-referred accounts
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to communicate partner feedback, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Partner Success or similar roles
• Deep fluency with partner ecosystem operations and relationship management
• Exceptional project management and time management capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience collaborating with technical teams to share feedback and ideate solutions
• Strong commitment to product mastery and ability to articulate technical value propositions
• Proven track record exceeding quota or outperforming key performance metrics
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and position solutions strategically
• High adaptability and comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments

Preferred:

• Experience working with accounting partners, private equity firms, or venture capital organizations
• Track record contributing to new team development and growth
• Familiarity with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Sage, and Microsoft Dynamics
• Background in financial services sales
• Experience at high-growth startup organizations
