They're seeking a Customer Support Advocate with Spanish language skills to join their team remotely in Poland. This remote role requires legal authorization to work in Poland. All candidates must meet current Polish immigration regulations and provide proof of work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, customer-focused support across email, chat, messaging, and phone channels
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by recognizing unique needs and concerns in every interaction
• Balance urgency with genuine care, demonstrating commitment to customer-centric solutions
• Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and improve service delivery

• Proactively identify and implement effective resolutions to ensure optimal outcomes
• Serve as a trusted resource for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Proven experience handling email, chat, messaging, and phone interactions
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex issues
• Strong sense of ownership and disciplined curiosity in addressing customer concerns
• Empathetic communication skills with ability to connect on a personal level
• Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining team collaboration

Pay
