Join Commissionaires BC as a Site Lead for a full-time position in Richmond's Elgin region. This role offers the opportunity to lead security operations and first-aid readiness at a busy Intermediate FA/OFA 2 facility, working Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, at $26.50 per hour.
Role Overview
As Site Lead at our Richmond location, you'll oversee daily operations at an Intermediate First Aid facility, balancing facility security, safety protocols, and customer service delivery. You'll be the key point person for on-site operations, ensuring the site runs smoothly and meets exacting standards for professional security and protective services.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead daily security operations across the facility
- Manage first-aid readiness and ensure compliance with OFA 2 standards
- Supervise site safety measures and security protocols
- Deliver professional customer service and represent Commissionaires BC to clients
- Maintain documentation, records, and compliance reporting
- Address on-site needs and resolve operational issues promptly
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in site leadership, security operations, or facility management
- Intermediate First Aid (OFA 2) certification or willingness to obtain it
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional approach to safety and service excellence
