Site Care Partner/Lead CRA – All US Locations – FSP

Parexel is hiring a Site Care Partner and Lead Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our team in Five Points, Wake County. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll serve as a cornerstone partner for clinical trial sites, driving study success from initiation through close-out.

About the Role

As a Site Care Partner and Lead CRA, you'll be the primary point of contact for investigative sites participating in clinical trials. You'll manage the complete site lifecycle—from pre-activation planning and site selection through ongoing relationship stewardship and quality oversight. Your work directly impacts trial timelines, data integrity, and the experience of sites and trial sponsors alike.

What You'll Do

• Lead site activation and start-up activities, including regulatory setup, training coordination, and system readiness
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with site investigators, coordinators, and staff
• Support patient recruitment strategy and execution to meet enrollment targets
• Conduct regular monitoring visits and provide quality assurance oversight of site operations
• Serve as local intelligence resource, offering on-the-ground insights to inform trial management decisions
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and work collaboratively across functions to implement solutions
• Coordinate communication between sites, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Clinical Research Associate or in clinical trial site coordination
• Strong understanding of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and clinical trial regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust across external partners
• Project management capability and attention to detail in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving orientation and comfort with ambiguity
• Travel capability as needed for site visits and training
