Site Care Partner/Lead CRA – All US Locations – FSP

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner/Lead CRA to manage clinical trial site relationships and operations across US locations. In this full-time role based in Tarrytown, Travis County, you'll serve as the primary liaison between investigative sites and our team, driving site activation, recruitment, and study success throughout each trial lifecycle.

About the Role

The Site Care Partner/Lead CRA is the central point of contact and advocate for investigative sites, responsible for ensuring smooth operations from study initiation through completion. You'll balance operational oversight with relationship management, solving problems proactively and maintaining the communication channels that keep trials on track.

What You'll Do

• Partner with investigative sites on startup activities, including regulatory setup, initiation visits, and readiness assessments
• Activate and monitor site performance throughout the study, ensuring compliance with protocol and sponsor requirements
• Manage site recruitment efforts, providing guidance and support to maximize patient enrollment
• Conduct quality assurance activities including audits, data reviews, and site inspections to maintain study integrity
• Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to address site questions, concerns, and escalations promptly
• Contribute to site selection and feasibility assessments for new trials
• Provide local market intelligence and gather feedback to inform trial strategy and site support improvements
• Document all site interactions and maintain accurate records and communications

What We're Looking For

• Clinical research or medical background with 2+ years of CRA or clinical operations experience
• Deep knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial regulatory requirements
• Strong relationship management and communication skills with physicians, study staff, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to travel to sites as needed; current driver's license required
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
