Senior Technical Support Specialist (Large Home Applicances)

Role Overview

• Provide advanced technical support for our customers’ large home appliances, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolution of complex issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to improve product performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and maintain detailed knowledge base articles and support documentation to assist both internal and external teams.

<h2-Core Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate technical support.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to large home appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, and dishwashers.
• Work closely with the product development team to identify and report product defects, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor junior support staff to enhance overall team performance and customer service standards.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support, preferably within the home appliance industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of large home appliances, including refrigeration, laundry, and dishwashing systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms.
• Experience with CRM and support ticketing systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
