About the Role

As a Project Manager you will serve as the central point of coordination for architectural and interior design initiatives, ensuring that schedules, budgets, and quality standards align with client expectations and the firm’s design‑for‑good mission.

What You'll Do

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations in collaboration with designers, engineers, and consultants.
• Monitor progress against milestones, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate regular meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to communicate updates and gather feedback.
• Oversee budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial reporting to maintain profitability and transparency.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability goals throughout each phase.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, change orders, and close‑out packages.
• Support the preparation of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Minimum of three years managing design‑focused projects within an architectural, engineering, or construction environment.
• Proficiency with project‑management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or comparable tools, plus familiarity with BIM platforms like Revit.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
