About the Role
As a Senior ROW Agent with Norfleet Land Services, you'll manage right of way acquisition for multiple infrastructure and utility projects. You'll work with property owners, engineers, and legal teams to secure easements and rights of way essential to project success. Your senior-level experience and decision-making authority will drive complex transactions forward while building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout Phoenix and Maricopa County.
What You'll Do
- Lead right of way acquisition activities across multiple concurrent project phases
- Negotiate and close easement agreements and property rights transactions with landowners
- Conduct property inspections and site visits to assess acquisition needs
- Prepare legal descriptions, title documentation, and acquisition agreements
- Coordinate with project managers, surveyors, engineers, and legal teams
- Maintain comprehensive acquisition files and project documentation
- Travel to properties and sites throughout the week as required by project schedules
- Mentor and support less experienced acquisition staff
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience as a Right of Way Agent or land acquisition professional at a senior level
- Proven success in negotiating complex easements and property acquisitions
- Understanding of real estate law, property titles, and acquisition procedures
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting critical deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with business software and document management systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally in the Phoenix and Maricopa County area
- Detail-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills
