About the Role
As a Mobile Notary Signing Agent based in Tucson, you will travel to clients to facilitate the proper execution of important documents. Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients at agreed locations across Tucson and Pima County to notarize documents accurately and on schedule.
- Oversee loan signing packages, confirming signatures, dates, and identification are correctly completed.
- Take on remote online notarization (RON) assignments as opportunities arise.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable notary laws, standards, and client requirements.
- Respond promptly to job feeds and high-volume signing demands from partnered companies.
Qualifications
- Active commission as a Notary Public in the state of Arizona (or ability to obtain one).
- Willingness to complete background screening and credentialing.
- Reliable transportation to fulfill mobile signing appointments throughout Pima County.
