Senior Solution Architect – Enterprise

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise software client in their search for a Senior Solution Architect to join their team remotely. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge search and data platform technology while serving as a trusted technical advisor to major enterprise accounts.

Our client operates at the intersection of search, AI, and data analytics, serving more than half of the Fortune 500. As a Solutions Architect, you'll be the technical authority guiding sales teams, customers, and partners through complex implementations and architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for enterprise accounts and account managers in your assigned territory
• Develop deep understanding of customer goals and objectives, articulating how solutions address their specific needs
• Build and maintain value-based relationships at all organizational levels within customer organizations
• Participate actively in all phases of territory planning and execution, from initial discovery through technical win
• Demonstrate platform value in sales meetings, meetups, and conferences with deep product knowledge
• Advise sales teams on effective positioning of products, solutions, and services
• Onboard, educate, and enable partners while supporting them through sales cycles
• Create collateral and collaborate across teams to meet individual client needs
• Act as the voice of the customer, communicating needs, gaps, and enhancement requests to engineering and leadership
• Continuously develop both sales and technical skills through self-driven education and professional development

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in technical presales roles within enterprise accounts
• Sufficient experience selling and implementing technology to establish customer trust
• Demonstrable ability to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms and technologies
• Strong curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
• History of successful customer relations with ability to devise architectures that solve problems and meet goals
• Proven ability to influence teams and convince stakeholders of ideas, technologies, or architectural patterns
• Capability to inspire both large and small groups
• Fluency in German is essential
• Willingness to travel 30% within region, with occasional international travel
