Senior Software Engineer – .NET & React/Typescript

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization that delivers enterprise software solutions at scale. Our client seeks a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in.NET and React/TypeScript to lead technical initiatives, architect scalable systems, and mentor engineering teams. This is a 100% remote position requiring availability during East Coast business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of robust, scalable backend services using C# and.NET
• Architect and build complex, responsive front-end features using React and TypeScript
• Guide design discussions, conduct rigorous code reviews, and provide architectural leadership for development teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features from conception to deployment
• Establish engineering standards, drive clean code initiatives, and champion best practices across the development lifecycle
• Leverage modern development tools to optimize workflows, automate testing, and improve system reliability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize high-scale applications for peak performance and security
• Oversee CI/CD pipeline integration, cloud infrastructure deployments, and automation efforts
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous growth

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Expert proficiency in C# and the.NET ecosystem (Core/6+)
• Strong hands-on experience building complex front-end applications using React and TypeScript
• Proven experience architecting RESTful APIs, microservices, and managing interactions with relational (SQL Server) and non-relational databases
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals, design patterns, testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end), and version control (Git)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and drive successful project delivery
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; visa sponsorship is not available
